I had the most amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were outstanding - warm, natural, and professional. They made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. The service was impeccable, with every member of staff going above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with toiletries, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a great night's sleep.
The only thing that could be improved was the approach to the hotel, which was a bit rough and dark at night.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The hotel offered free pickup from the airport and free Wi-Fi, which were very helpful. the location was also convenient, with easy access to the city's attractions. the hotel restaurant served delicious food.
The room size, which was quite small and cramped. the staff was not as friendly and welcoming as I had hoped, and seemed disinterested in helping me with my questions and needs.

The place was a good location for exploring the city. the room was clean and had a comfortable bed. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed, and the breakfast was tasty with a decent variety of options.

During my recent Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and value of this hotel. the staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, making me feel right at home. the location was ideal with easy access to key attractions around the area. Lastly, the room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities to make my stay enjoyable.
Sadly, there were some aspects of my stay that were not as positive. the breakfast options were limited, and the service can be slow.
